INGREDIENTS 2 cups whole-wheat bisquick 1 cup fresh frozen mixed berries: blueberries, black berries, strawberries 1/2 cup salmonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews – crushed 1 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of ginger 1 large banana 1 cup nonfat or almond breeze milk 2 eggs Vegetable oil cooking spray
PREPARATION In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Cut 1 banana; mix banana with milk and eggs . Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until smooth. Slice remaining banana and stir into batter; add berries. Warm a skillet over medium heat; coat with cooking spray. Measure 1⁄4 cup batter; pour onto skillet. Cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Repeat until batter is gone. Enjoy!
